THE NEW, NEW WORLD ORDER

The gun currently protects greed – also known as “our” interests abroad. Instead it can protect us to live in peace in the paradise inherited by the ancients and that may be simply recreated, as I have outlined, putting people back above property.

So let us step into the future, where the world has been turned upside down. How does it work, this new secure World Order? Take a typical scenario.

A war starts. The U.N., as a now genuine Peacekeeping Force, arrives and tells both sides to put down their weapons and cease fire.

One side will know that they are the ones who have been attacked and they will put down their weapons. The other side will know that they are the aggressors and they will dislike being halted by the UN – they were just busy acquiring territory, a captive population and a few Stock Market Opportunities.

But if the aggressors don’t stop they will be exposed as the aggressors. So they must cease fire or die. The U.N. may see clearly which group of soldiers are defending their own land and which group are standing on land that is not theirs. A soldier cannot say that he thought he was defending his own country if he’s standing in someone else’s. Guilty of empire-building. Starting a war for property.

Stealing or sharing. Rape or consent. The choice is that simple. Or, as the 17th Century libertarian ideal runs… “Absolute freedom on the one condition that it does not remove the absolute freedom of others”. There are many ways to express this single idea…

“All exchange must exist upon mutual agreement”.

“Justice”. And a big thank you to our friends in Manchester, the Ruthless Rap Assassins for summarizing the struggle. “There ain’t no justice. Just us.” The time for protest is over. We must no longer delegate our power and then complain and protest  that it is not being used according to our wishes. If our current system of representation abuses our trust then we must change it.

Why didn’t they tell the soldier what he was really fighting for? Because protecting someone else’s money is not worth dying for. If you fought for your country and you won then why do people still live in misery after the victory? If you fought for democracy there then why is there still none here? The British State had to give its people something after World War 2 – that’s why we got the Welfare State. They can always take it all back later, say 35 years later. Margaret Thatcher and her successors are, with gathering pace, reeling it all back in.

In November 2019, the Guardian reported that the £73 standard weekly allowance for universal credit, the UK government’s flagship benefit claimed by 2.3 million people, is now equivalent to 12.5% of median earnings. By contrast, when unemployment benefit was introduced in 1948 it was worth 20%. Even those figures don’t tell it how it is – the yawning disparity in earnings between bankers, footballers and ordinary folk skews the current figure horribly. The safety net that once protected people from recession and redundancy is no longer a safety net. They removed the net and gave you a crash helmet. Soon they will remove the crash helmet allowance and give you a bandage, and then a sticking plaster and then…

It’s time for a real and permanent victory.

Eventually, soldiers will be replaced by robots remote-controlled from behind the front-line. We already have drones, pilotless bombers. “Robot evolution” is now in process with robots now able to learn and transfer their acquired knowledge to new bigger robots. Then will the soldiers realise that they too, like the Airmen, have become little people without power? Too late to save themselves or us. The Terminator future that the film-makers never tire of warning us about. Except Arnie will not save us.

Robots are evolving. It is time for humans to do the same.
